The Perfect Saturday

Yes today is Sunday.

And yes, you are probably reading this on Monday. Possibly even later. But that doesn't matter :)

I had a beeyoooteefill Saturday yesterday.

The weather was perfect.

I talked with someone I didn't know too well at softball practice. She calls me Katniss. We talked about books, softball, and driving.

My dad and I stopped at Subway. I got a buffalo chicken sub. He got the $5 footlong of the month.
Jalapeno tuna.
He said it was actually really good.
If it didn't contain two of my most hated foods, I may have tried it.

My dad asked if I wanted to eat lunch at the park. I did.
We talked politics on the way there.
It's good to know my Government course has paid off in something.

We picked out a table at the park. It was looking out at the lake. We observed people walking their dogs. People attempting to exercise. People hanging around suspiciously.
The wind was blowing which, my dad pointed out, made the weather much less nicer than originally assessed.

Then we went home.
I had to go mop my grandma's floors, but it took minimal time and was actually fun. She wasn't home -- I cranked up the radio. And sometimes a little cleaning helps me feel a little more organized.

Oh yea, and Friday night I started freaking out because Season 6 of "Doctor Who" came out on Netflix. So after cleaning and such, I had a DW party.
I've decided not to go into details on how much I freaked out Friday night. But let's just say I'm not a screamer.
And I screamed.
A lot.

Judge my day as perfectly lovely or completely boring, but I had a fantastic Saturday. Absolutely brilliant. Totally cool. ;)8
