Highlighting the Week with a Sharpie

  • So last Friday, after spending the day in the city and buying a dress for Girls Night Out ($20 dress at Deb's was quite a success I think!), I went over to my friend Rachel's house. This is the girl who has spent the last 4 months in Germany, and will be spending the next 5 there also. Her and our friend Anna were all there and had a blast! We've all been friends since forever and have some crazy memories together; we made a bunch more last weekend! The jacuzzi, 2 scooters and a wagon, The Place, taking death walks across fallen trees - it was amazing.

Don't mind the mess behind me... Shared rooms are never clean.
  • Monday was spent in Harrisburg at the Farm Show. We homeschooled families take the most interesting vacations - we travel 2-1/2 hours to see cows and chickens. Something we could see if we looked out a window of our house. But I happen to love all the food there - bloomin' onions, milkshakes, fries, and of course potato donuts! Delicioso.
  • Wednesday evening was CLEAR. And it was amazing. We really got to discuss and share things we were learning or experiencing. I think this is the first time we've had a really great discussion time since the newbies moved in - and it was awesome!
  • On another note, Maddy and I got a really fun new job. We take out the neighbor's dogs during the week! They are two awesome boys - Charlie and Dexter - and we've been having a fun time doing it! Not to mention our employers are awesome and give us Ferrero Rocher candy :)
  • We received some real snow today! Unfortunately for me, it was only a light dusting. And it was windy as heck so I stayed inside in PJs all day... doing Physics... my favorite...

This one has some language, so use caution. You can skip to 0:35 to skip some of it. Flippin' hilarious though :P

"Sometimes I do" HAHAHA
Greatest love story ever written.

  1. That dress is amazing. It looks so good on you... oh my goodness, I love it! Maddie walked in, and was like, "Is that Emily? Wow, she looks HOT!" Haha.
