Tuesday. Oh my goodness gracious, it's been much longer than I thought. Anyway. Quick recap.
Wednesday: practice and then I walked all the way from the high school to a friend's house for youth group. I got there in 30 minutes, with a quick stop at the gas station for a kiwi strawberry Arizona. I was quite impressed with myself.
Here's a lovely picture I took of the river while crossing the bridge, just for you :] Notice the sky reflecting off the water :)
Had a good time at youth group, though there weren't too many people there (hey, just means more food for me). An old friend, David stopped by for a visit (he graduated last year). It was good to hear his laugh in the background again :]Thursday: Not such a lovely day. Had a game against Northeast Bradford. We lost 2-6. I'm pretty sure it's the worst I've played all season. Still makes me want to cry thinking about it, but I'm trying to let it go.
Friday: My siblings all went to my grandparents the night before, but I stayed home that night because I still had to pack. So I woke up and did everything that needed to be done and then proceeded to my grandparents house. It was a long, vigorous walk, but I made it. Not really. They live right next to us.
My siblings and dog coming to attack me

What a ham :b
I figured out how to use the Macro zoom on my camera! And I'm pretty sure this is the most amazing picture I've ever taken. Ever.
What a lovely little pansy
Continuing on, we went to a Hibatchi Japanese restaurant. I found out that Hibatchi means they cook the food in front if you. It. Was. Awesome. The chef dude came and did some mediocre tricks with his flipper (Psh, I could do them with my eyes closed...) and then made a mini volcano with onions (this would take too long to explain) and then poured some oil on the grill, set a match to it, and POOF!! Man make big fire. Liv was scared and hid behind her napkin. I thought it was pretty cool. After he cooked all our food, he threw pieces of shrimp into our mouths. Well, everyone but me. He couldn't get it into my mouth. Mediocrity.
So then we came home a made strawberry shortcake for dessert...and with my grandpa, well, let's just he likes to go heavy on the desserts...
Ignore my ugliness and focus on the massive pile of whipped cream in front of my face. O_O
Flash made him blink. Bet you're jealous of him right now ;]
So anyway, we ate, Maddy and I stayed up and watched Night of the Living Dead, the old one. Actually, I fell asleep. She got bored and turned it off. It's actually quite gruesome for being black and white. So, next day, we just hung out. Parents came home in the evening and we went home. Mom got me a really cute dress that I wore today to church, and she bought me "The Priest's Graveyard", the newest Ted Dekker book XD So now I must finish "The Bride Collector" so I can start that X]
And now, today. Church, which was good. Sang "O Righteous God" which is one of my favorite songs :) Then I left for Wildcats practice (my travel team). That was fun. Then I went home for an hour and went to town for varsity practice. It poured through half of it, on and off, which was fun. And now I'm sitting here. I really need to start my posts earlier, so I can say all the interesting stuff and insights I want to say. It gets late and I can't think and I forget half of the things I want to say.
I remembered one of them. I've decided to do SUSIE's 2nd Annual 30-Day Challenge!!! If you're subscribed to SUSE Magazine, then you may have gotten your June issue and may already know what I'm talking about. If not, then I'll tell you a bit about it. It's a challenge for 30 days which will challenge you physically, mentally, spiritually, financially, and emotionally. There are a bunch of different things you must do, such as reading the Gospel of John, eating one fruit and one vegetable every day for the 30 days, stuff like that. But there's a LOT. If you're interested, find a friend with the magazine to give you the details, or you could subscribe and wait for the article to come online (probably around the beginning of June). Either way you should get the magazine! It's for Christian teen girls and is AWESOME (I know some of my followers are already into it ;) And, if you complete the challenge, you get an awesome t-shirt! So I've decided to do this, and I might keep another blog to track my progress. So anyway, I'm too tired to give you guys a song, video, etc., so I gotta get to bed.
Cheers.
