I Will Try to Fix You ~*`-._)~*

Hello my lovely little followers! It's Sunday! It was quite a nice Sunday for me. I went to church, went to Wildcats practice, then came home and made a slip and slide (yes, I made it.), and Maddy, Liv and I all went down it :]
Our lovely slip and slide
Maddy attempting to go down it
 Mmhmm looking good
 I was a bit muddy
We made a lake...hopefully Dad doesn't find out...
 Haha we're so cute :]
Just to let you all know, it took about 30 minutes to get those darn photos on here. So be grateful, because you could've been forever wondering...
Anyway, after that, I chilled out for a while and then persuaded my father to make fire for our marshymallows.

Isaiah put marshmallow in her hair...
Maddy: Liv, what do you do if you catch on fire?
Liv: Get out of the house.
I like me some Mountain Dew ;]

Then us kids all played Hide and Seek and Manhunt.
  So that was my night.
Beginning week two of Secret Keeper Devos.
Now, we're smart girls. But with the world constantly trying to shove seduction and all that down our throats, we need some truth.
Think of the term "sexy". An animal rights' group referred to pasta and vegetables as "sexy" (meaning sexually stimulating or suggesting; attractive). I really hope people aren't feeling that kind of reaction when seeing veggies. Lots of other things are dubbed "sexy" and there are many examples of it in the book (SEXY brand hair shampoo, promising you a sexier look - I'm sure it'll work on my dog-, Doritos - yea, I feel sexy with my bad breath and orange fingers -. You get the point.). The book also talks about a presentation by Ravi Zacharias on the world's need to "undress women." I won't go into detail because it's getting late, but the ending idea was not to be brought into the mindset that disrobing a woman has any relevant public use. Your "sexiness" is meant to be saved for one man.
So this week's study will be on inner beauty and how to keep your sexy side a secret. I'll try to keep the posts up, but tomorrow I'm starting the SUSIE challenge, and I'm going to be working through Proverbs and John, so I'll have a lot of reading to do!
Since the title of the post was from the Coldplay song "Fix You" I thought I'd share an awesome dance done on "So You Think You Can Dance?" It's very touching and beautiful, and I love it! I couldn't get the video, so here's the link : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xnguqsMQmg4
Cheers ♥
