Which is why I'm sitting here on my butt blogging.
I have to pack and all other stuff PLUS this is my last day of the 30 day challenge! I have to go for a walk, have a movie night, use three homonyms in a conversation, write in my prayer journal, do an extra chore... I think that's it. But it's a lot. Well, not really, but it is when you're a procrastinator like me.
Which is why I'm sitting here on my butt blogging.
I barely got through my one week without TV, movies, or video games. It was hard. But I amazingly did it, thank the Lord!
So my momma's making some sausage right now. It smells de-lish!
And she's gonna make up some chicken quesadillas for...

And I think she's bringing some sausage too. Yum.
So speaking of quesadillas, when we were buying the tortillas for them yesterday, I thought of the fact that some friends of mine don't say "tor-TEE-yuh", they say "tor-TIL-uh".
I'm gonna tell y'all right now: that is incorrect. NOT correct Spanish pronunciation. Maybe if you're a hillbilly American, you may pronounce it like that. But that would just make you less smart than the average person.
I's in Spanish are pronounced "EE". Long "e" sound. And ll's are pronounced as either a "y" sound: "YUH", or a "j"-ish sound: "JUH".
I just wanted to clear that up. One of my pet peeves is horribly incorrect pronunciations of words.
Probably because I can't pronounce most words myself.
