It's 10:10 PM. What would you think I'd be doing? Maybe watching some TV, reading a book...
Cooking vegetables.
That is right. I am cooking some lovely mixed vegetables. Why? Because I didn't eat my veggie for my challenge today. That is why I am up at 10:10 PM cooking mixed vegetables.
My hands hurt. Why? Ten buckets of soft toss. (For you softball illiterate people at there, soft toss is when a person tosses another person, who is holding a bat, a softball, in front of them, and the person with the bat attempts to hit it. This results in calluses on your hands, or, if you have soft hands, blisters) Ergo, the sore hands.
My mixed vegetables are done. I am eating them.
I like saying vegetable with four syllables. Three is just too dull. But four... now that's a party. VEG-et-a-ble. Much more fun to say, eh? I'll bet you'll now never go back to your past life when you said boring three syllable vegetable. It will forever be four.
Anyway. I'm supposed to go one week without television, movies, or video games for my challenge. Video games aren't too hard (I don't think I've played any in two weeks). Movies are harder (thankfully I watched "Inception" last night - which is by the way fantastic). Television wouldn't be so hard if we didn't have cable. We got it the beginning of this year. I mean, I can stay away from TV, but it will just be remembering that I can't watch it. I was gonna start today... but I forgot. See? Bad memory. I'll have to write myself a note. Plus, there aren't any new episodes of the shows I like on Netflix anyhow, so I'm not too worried...
What I am worried about is reading. I have to finish "The Heavenly Man" tonight. And then I still have to read "Crazy Love" and "Passion and Purity". I don't have either of these books and they need to be read before next Wednesday. And I won't have an opportunity to get them from friends. So I'm kind of stuck.
Oh, I just remembered I brushed my teeth. And I'm eating veggies. Man...
At least I don't have school to worry about.
I apologize if any of my ramblings sound random and spastic. It's late and I'm eating vegetables (man, even in my head that word sounds good!), so nothing is quite clear at the moment.
Creation Fest is next Wednesday!! I'm reaalllyyy excited! I took like a hundred videos last year, and I still haven't uploaded them all to Facebook.
Okay, I gotta go read...
